As the day-blind stars that cannot be seen
Faith, like Spring has painted everything green  
Windsong weaves in and out of trees 
Rippling and ruffling summer leaves 
I close my eyes, whiff fresh cut grass in the breeze 
Float on billowy cotton clouds on knees 
 
Leaning into this pleasant-serene daydream 
Looking up to a pristine sky of aquamarine 
Here I am, but a mere humble guest 
Sitting in a moss and twig twined nest 
Under a hawk's shadow of his wings, I rest 
Refuge and solace, nature has me blessed
