When I feel like I am alone
Is when the stress rings on the phone
 
When night becomes my afternoon
When the sun becomes the moon
When my reality becomes cartoon
 
When enjoyment becomes a cope
When the trust becomes a hope
 
When fear becomes conviction
When love becomes addiction
 
When compassion becomes a duty
When the pain becomes a beauty
 
When my grief becomes a clown
When everything seems upside down
 
Because my heart feels like a stone
That's when I feel like I'm alone

Hey TyaZ
Two thoughts occur in my mind 
Love as addiction- if you are your own best friend, you can not be addicted to anyone, but it took a long time for me to learn that.
And I realized- as much as I felt as an alien in this world, you are not alone, there are others who are like you, but seldom you meet them but then you will know you found very special person

Ich darf auf ein englisches Gedicht nicht in Englisch antworten?
Das finde ich etwas seltsam aber okay
